Shared Control at IEEE SMC 2015
Along with the other co-chairs of the IEEE SMC Shared Control Technical Committee, we organized a tutorial and special session on shared control at the IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC). The conference took place in Hong Kong from 9-12 October 2015. In the tutorial, we reviewed common design and evaluation approaches taken for haptic shared control, and discussed how they could be applied to other application domains, in particular brain-machine interfaces (BMI). In addition, we also contributed with talks, posters, and demos, and to the BMI Workshop panel discussions.
We were also happy to accept the award for the 2015 Most Active Technical Committee!
