Abstract
In 2007, Jerry Robinson of the Boeing Company approached Frans van der Helm and David Abbink to assist them in extending current pilot models with a detailed neuromuscular model. The collaboration involved Max Mulder and Herman Damveld from the Control & Simulation Department at Aerospace Engineering, and Mark Mulder and Winfred Mugge.
Experiments for this research were performed at the SIMONA research simulator.
