David at “Universiteit van Nederland”
The performance of David at de “Universiteit van Nederland” was a big success: in a sold-out club Air he did his best to keep human-machine interaction, tele robotics and haptics interesting for a non-scientific audience. David used every trick in the book (and then some) to explain how you can make a rubber hand feel like your own, why we should make our cars more like horses, what our real sixth sense is, and why it’s so difficult to drum without feeling anything… Judging by the long applause, people liked it!
The five classes (each 15 min) were recorded by multiple camera’s, and are now being edited to be aired at the end of november.
