After doing work on Project March, Annika joined the Haptics Lab. She performed her MSc research at DLR Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics, under the kind supervision of Dr. Neal Lii and his team. There she worked on a newly developed hand exoskeleton, in order to realise the haptic rendering of viscosity at high update rates, and to perform several human factors studies to investigate to what extent subjects could perceive viscous environment with the hand exoskeleton. She graduated cum laude on September 6th, 2018.
