After graduating at the Delft Haptics Lab and a well-deserved holiday, Joris joined the Cognitive Robotics department for 6 months starting the first of October.
Joris will be expanding and improving the virtual reality driving simulator that he developed during his MSc thesis.
“Most of you will have probably seen me walking around the department, mostly getting loads of coffee. In my free time I like to build all kinds of stuff including drones, 3d-printed stuff and basically anything technical, the next project will probably be a homebuilt CNC machine. Furthermore I’m a huge sports fan ranging from Formula 1 to handball and everything in between. “
